Console Player here - Am I allowed to give a Closed Beta code to a friend on PC to provide feedback?

FYI the total installation is like 120 GB (80 base + 40 Test) for those who are installing the whole sheebang.

Same here, but received my closed-beta invitation last night. I considered doing a download and setting it up on my pc, but I'm pretty sure if I do that I'll end up migrating to the pc full time. I figure if I move into the office where the computer lives for gaming like I used to with other MMOs, well...then what purpose will my living room serve?

I got one too and I have not even logged in for more than 3 months (PS4/NA). Id love to give mine to someone that can actually use it. I do not own a PC and have never had a PC account. If they are sending invites to people that can not even use them, while ignoring people that would use them.......to me, this seems like more evidence that ZOS has no clue what they are doing

I think the only reason we got these invites is to have the option of going on PTS, if we want, just to kinda include the other 2/3rds of the player population.

The reality is zos belongs to the master race. This is just a ploy to help motivate console players to evolve into the superior being sooner than natural selection would allow.
