[BUG] Spell Erosion Broken

Currently it looks like Spell Erosion is having no effect on damage output. Can some other people test this too?
I used Liquid Lighthing on a target skeleton with 70 points in Blessed and then 70 in Spell Erosion. No change to outgoing damage. I even had a precise staff equipped to make sure I wasn't over-penetrating. And casting Elemental Drain would increase damage.
