just comeback and read the patch note and laugh a little bit how you introduce the patch 3.0.0 , exemple (Developer Comments:

This will be a buff if your Maximum Stamina is below 19,800 and a reduction if it is above.) lololol come one eso , ok my opinion this patch is about nerf , i have np to remove some survivability because some build are really immortals and make any sense for the new Battleground is coming soon , but my issue now some class really suffer off useless skill and passive , i think eso go in the good directions but dont take the good road , i just dont understand guy why is take so much time, and having so much hard time to make skill , passive, item , balance and relevant , in my opinion this game have huge potencial , but still after 3 year something sleep or are stuck in the combat Mechanics , this is my opinion thank you
