Would appreciate if someone can answer this Q.

I currently am at lvl 13 and at lvl 15 I plan to have two weps (Bow + 2h) for my stamblade. When I turn in my quests or get experience will both these weps level up ?

The weapons will stay at whatever level you obtained them at. Weapons do not improve by gaining experience. Skills will only level if they are on your currently selected ability bar.
Edit: forgot weapon skill lines in which the answer is no, just for whichever is on the current ability bar.

when it comes to the weapon skills lines - only those abilities currently slotted when you gain xp will count toward leveling that particular skill line (meaning, can't level two different weapon skill lines when you turn in quests)...

class, world, armor skill lines - no problem...just for weapons it's one at a time...

Only that what you are currently equipped, along with abilities slotted on active bar.

weapon equipped without skills sloted progress too. Confirmed
