This is the page one goes for "PC Technical support".
There are many people requiring help, specifically people who are receiving the "Login failed" message when trying to access NA server.
But those messages go unanswered by any Zenimax employees, even though the banner at top of forum showing acknowledgement of the problem was removed long ago.
Removing it would lead one to believe the problem has been resolved, yet, as we can see, the problem is not resolved.
So why is an unresolved problem reported by many users going unaddressed or even acknowledged by Zenimax?
Is this the not the correct place to go for resolution of a problem with a product you've paid for, and in case of ESO+ customers, a service I continue to pay for?
