Anyone found a valid fix for this??? After years, this is STILL a thing. Rebooting everything, changing ProgramData folder, etc etc etc....all the workarounds never work. Only time seems to get people past this. Is this a DDOS thing, or a server instability thing, or what? Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
