Closed Beta Zenimax crash

Got the email to do the closed beta for Morrowind. Go to get the PTS and I get 6% in. Ever since I got the email and I have tried to get the PTS downloaded I have gotten the same thing at the 6% mark. Zenimax Crash Reporter. To help us diagnose and fix the problem you can send us a crash report. Do you want to send us your crash information? I have been playing this game on this computer since it came out. I have never had this many issues until now. I have added and removed and readded it to my antivirus and I have ran it as a administrator. Nothing is working.
