How excited are you about Morrowind ?

Just curious to know how do you guys feel about the upcoming expansion.

I'm pretty excited for it.

Unlike the poll option I am not entirely onboard with all the changes but I am using PTS to give feedback on that and hopefully it'll get some tweaks before it goes live.

Otherwise it's going to really refreshing and up my online time a lot.

They are gutting the other classes and locking Warden behind a pay wall. I was excited and planning to buy the expansion right up to the point the patch notes dropped. I remember when Neverwinter did more or less the same thing with Paladin. Newsflash: didn't work for them either.

Excited as F. Dislike changes, but can't wait for Morrowind. Need to farm new sets, need to be called scrub in Battlegrounds, need to do new dungeons and at least do normal trial.

I'm not that much of a min-maxer. I'll just keep playing the game. If a skill gets changed, I just browse skills again looking for a good alternative if it no longer fits my needs.

It's preordered and I'm itching to get on the island. I never played TES:III so this'll be my first time in that region whereas most of the other series vets here are going in with Nostalgic love in their hearts.

Regardless, it's a gigantic new land to explore, and exploration is my pastime.

I'm just waiting to see what changes will go live. Other than that yeah, I'm pretty excited about the content coming with Morrowind. I haven't done any of the quests on the pts so there's something new for when it goes live.

I've always played Dunmer and I've always roleplayed as an Ashlander (Boethiah is best god). I love everything about the province (or nation, depending on which game) of Morrowind. Am I entirely happy with the changes? No. But I'm not screaming doom like so many people. I feel like the players on the forums are always screaming doom about patches. Every time I've read a discussion about something new in the game there's a group of players saying that either something got nerfed to uselessness or something got buffed to the point you'd be a fool not to reroll. I'm always gonna play my Nightblade and I'm always gonna be a tank. They'd have to literally take the character away from me to make me reroll. If I had to, though, I don't think I'd mind that Warden. Already looks like it'd be much easier and maybe even more fun to go tank on that.

Looking forward to Vvardenfell. Class changes are not an insignificant thing, and not all stuffed teddy bears, but they are not as bad, from my initial testing, as people make them out to be. It is far too soon to be doing serious class combat testing. I did some preliminary tests, which are not done yet, but I know it is going to change next week.

Morrowind is nothing but Warden and Warden alone...:(...I am very very unhappy

All I hear about is "Warden" and nerfs, I'm not happy and won't pre-order Morrowind until I see things working out and will most likely leave if they don't

I am excited but am wary about it. I have it pre-ordered (physical CE) because I want that statue. Also Vvardenfell itself is looking great (although I heard much complaining that the original is bigger and better) but I think they made a great efford recreating a Vvardenfell of the past.

The only thing I am afraid of is it's longevity. Once I did all quests and explored everything... I will crawl back into cyrodill and only leave until the next zone. I haven't left Cyrodill now for months, except to get the anniversary cake.

And I am afraid battleground will make cyrodill a bit less full. And I am very afraid in the end cyrodill will be closed and will be another PvE themepark. But maybe with better housing (so disappointed, I just want a normal house inside a city instead of mansions and inns)

Most if my hype went away when I saw that they have a NDA for the beta.


I also really dislike the dunmer so Morrowind has never been a high priority zone to me. (I like that we get more zones, but I would have been just as happy if we got another zone instead of Vvardenfell). Hopefully it means that they get more time to make the zones I care about even better (Elsweyr, Black Marsh and Skyrim)

Edit: I look forward to warden though, it seems like a class I will enjoy a lot.
