With all the pointless polls rolling around I thought I would join in. Of all the crybabies saying they aren't buying Morrowind, how many do you think are actually buying it and simply feigning that they are not?

It's no secret I am still getting Morrowind. an not just for the Warden class but for the story and to make my Tamriel map a little more complete.

We've seen this every damn patch, the ones who are actually going to leave will just leave and not make a post or drama.

I left, I didn't make any shouts proclamations on the forums. I figures ZOS was being a jerk, I was tired of the issues and walked.
People crying on the forums are either after attention or think it will somehow sway ZOS into making changes.

I pre-ordered it the day it was announced, I'll make my judgement when I've played it and the changes. Can't say the patch notes make for good reading however.

This is what I'd do, just leave. Posting your leaving just makes you look lame.
I'd have to say this is the worst outcry I've seen on the forums after a patch announcement however.

Sadly, as much as I disagree with many of the changes, there is still no major western fantasy MMO's coming out in the near future to throw my money at. At least non that are in any better state than ESO as far as fanbase, game community, and constant updates:

There are plenty of eastern MMO's and ports out there, but most of them are worse cash grabs than ESO.

There are also plenty of indie and kickstarter projects on the horizon, but nothing showing a solid release schedule yet.

I have my eyes of Crowfall, Elyria, CU, and Pantheon, but all these will be lucky to see a release this year.

There is always the ability to go back to WoW or FFXIV, but then I am reminded why I left those games after about a week of going back.

So I will set here like many others and fork over the cash while I continue to complain about the nerfs till they go live, and then I will adapt as everyone else because I look forward to playing the content and the new class this expansion also brings.

Not sure why people would "secretly" buy Morrowind. ZOS would still be nerfing a bunch of skills/abilities even if Morrowind wasn't coming out.

Ok.. I'll be that black sheep. With all the talks of more nerfing that may or may not come with Morrowind, I'm also curious on how many that are not in agreement are secretly planning to walk away and quit ESO.

I'm buying it. I like doing new quests, and I look forward to a new zone. I don't give two *** about warden class. Not happy about some the changes, and I'm hopefull that ZOS will modify the changes. But it's doubtful.

Agree. I have it preordered and I'm no less hyped. Can't wait for Morrowind!

Just because I "care a lot" about my nightblade babies doesn't mean I suddenly "hate" ESO.

Honestly, anyone who makes a decision to not buy Morrowind after the first week of PTS was not all that interested in sticking around. While there may be a few that in that group that got caught up by the initial Morrowind hype, I think that most people realize that PTS is not over, the changes to classes on PTS are not final, and that it is too early to be burning bridges. There are a few who are getting caught up in the drama that will cancel, then buy it later.

Because Mead is always the answer. I'm getting a Pre-Order for my Birthday next month so I'll see all of you decent, reasonable gamers and the crybabys who keep threateneing to quit and never will over in Vardenfell.

If you have been around a while, you know that patch note doom-and-gloom is nothing new. I am sure changes are coming over the next month, in fact I am sure Monday will see some pretty significant changes, so the smart thing to do would be wait and see.

But people often let their emotions override their smarts.

The people who don't buy Morrowind are most likely don't plan on playing anymore because of reasons.... After all why play only half a game. I bought Morrowind, I am playing and adapting to the changes.

Close to 100%. MMO gamers are the biggest hypocrite on planet earth, the vast majority of the people complaining about the changes/threatening to quit will buy the expansion for one reason or another.
