I can deal with most changes, but the stealth nerf is too much for me.

@ZOS_GinaBruno in her statement justifying changes even admits Warden is given an advantage by stating DK's, Templars and Resto healers have to perform an action to get major mending when Wardens just have to heal a target that is low health and needs extra healing, no skill involved by the Warden performing an action. Awesome that it is an official statement from ZOS.

    She also states:
It’s also worth noting that we’re planning on adjusting the Warden passive, Accelerated Growth, because it’s currently too easy to keep it active for long periods of time.

People keep overlooking the fact that they are already planning on changing this passive.

Which means it is still a passive and not an active skill requiring player skill.

At least they are recognizing the issue and adjusting. Better than just ignoring the problem until a later patch.

Only because the outrage and that players realize Warden is being give passive buffs when other classes are being stripped of them.

Isn't that the whole point of testing? To get feedback?

Yes, but it shouldn't require feedback to realize stripping existing classes of passives while moving them to the new class is a bad idea.

The problem is that most of the people are complaining SOLELY off of what they have read in the patch notes. Most people haven't even taken the time to jump into the PTS before spouting off on the forums here or elsewhere. And really, the PTS hasn't even been open long enough for people to make definitive statements about the overall effects of the tentative changes.

So I say to all those who are quick to complain: jump into the PTS and actually do something there to help fix the game. Whining here means nothing, whereas observable data means everything to ZOS.

I did and the change the bothers me will not be changed because technically it's a bug unfortunately. Concerning the stealth fix to have multiple stealth sets stacking.

So unfortunately for me I don't really have a leg to stand on. I know it's technically wrong, but stealth toons feel so ungodly slow on the pts. I don't think I can deal with it.

from years of experience people already know that these patch notes are not going to change.
in addition to that we have enough experience to know without having to play that the changes are going to make pvp almost unplayable.
our requests are ignored for changes they made.
the devs put their nose in the air and claim "we have done no wrong, the changes will remain."

Then why aren't they already gone?

If they already know for an absolute fact the game is effed and it's not going to change why are they still here?

Why are they wasting energy on ranting on the forums if (again) they know for absolutely certain it will never change?

no, we know that right "now" they aren't going to change it.
sometimes they do change what they had planned, but, in this case i do not think it is going to change.
but recently we have had someone claiming to be a player stating that he believes these changes are going to make animation canceling near impossible if you want to keep your resources. and that's a really awesome thing in my book.

as far as why the players are still here and not leaving ? i can only speak for myself and not them.
my reason is because this is the only MMO that has connections to and similarities to morrowind, and also some background with elderscrolls.
altho it is miles away from what we had it is still the closest to and best thing we have to elderscrolls title and toys.
and its set in mmo style.
best in slot: is the armor, weapon, clothing look, pet, or no pet, jewelry, race, class, skill choices, amount of DPS, and skin color best fit to you and the way you wish to play and makes you feel good and performs what YOU think it should be.

worst in slot: what you read in zone chat, and forum comment, and forum thread, and you tube video, and live streamer advice, and class rep advice, and guild chat advice, and whisper told you to wear, and use for skill, and dress like, and use for weapon and armor.

Huh... Isn't major mending from rest heavies a passive requiring the skill of holding down a mouse button?

Didn't say it took a great amount of skill, but still have to time that heavy attack. Also, all classes can use resto so it really isn't the issue here.

Yeah, it is. Although, don't do that at dolmens.
