Soul Magic Skill Progress

Hello,

When looking through my skills, those that are maxed have yellow filling the progress bar. Soul Magic, on the other hand, does not. See the image before as reference.

I've completed all the main story as well as Cadwells Silver and Gold. This is a very minor problem but I'm curious if this is the case for everyone and why it displays this way.

    That's the way it's always been. it turns to level 6 when you finish the main story and stays empty since there's no more progress.
