What happened to my anniversary gift boxes?

I did 36 daily quests this morning, just like I have done almost everyday since the event started. Each time I turned in a quest, it told me I was getting an anniversary gift box. Then when I went into my inventory to open them all, they were all gone. What happened?

chaserstorm16909✭✭✭✭✭I just did another daily about 2 minutes ago, and it still had the gift box listed as a reward. I guess they haven't removed it yet.1

tambo.01b16_ESO✭✭✭I got a helluva fright when I read this as I've got around 60 - 70 unopened on 20 toons. Logged in a few minutes ago to check and they all appear to be there. Will comtinue checking the rest of the characters.
You don't need need to open them before the event ends. I've still got a few un-opened from the Jester Festival, so they definately don't get removed when the event ends.
