For a casual player like me the morrowind will be a good opportunity to take a small brake from the game until the new balance patch will balance the morrowind "balance".1 -

Yes it will probably make things harder, but one of the regular complaints I hear from people is how easy everything is! Given time we will adjust. I still love the Elder Scrolls universe and I'm sure going back to Morrowind is going to be great fun, and Battlegrounds are a very welcome edition

✭✭YesWhy is everyone acting so surprised? DPS stacking and broken meta have been openly discussed as concerns amongst players and devs for, what, like a year or longer?
I'm glad the nerf bat is coming down, and hard. No more skipping mechanics or support roles in PVE. No more cheese infinite sustain in PVP.

Why would I give ZOS any money before I even know anything about the update other than lore related things. I want to know all about the buffs and nerfs to my character progression well before they get a cent from me. I've seen the nerfs. Still waiting for the other half of the patch notes with the buffs so I can give them money.2 -

Adapting to change is a key skill in an MMO, and this change is a significant one. It isn't the first time they have done this, and it won't be the last.
They have not killed the game with changes like this, despite many predictions. The game is more popular today than it was back the last time they "killed the game". Gamers are nothing, if not passionate, about their drama.
The good players will adapt to the changes and thrive. The excellent players will do more than thrive and people will call for additional nerfs.
