I am having an issue with the group dungeon finder. Any help?

Hi there, me and my girlfriend are trying to queue for random normal dungeons and having some issues. She is queued as a healer and me as dps and a tank. When we queue up it takes around a minute and then tells us that our group is ready, even though it is only the two of us in the group. For some reason, the dungeon finder isn't bringing two others into the group with us to do the dungeons and i'm highly confused why this is. I have tried changing our roles around between dps and tank and healer and nothing seems to help. I have restarted the game multiple times, remade the group multiple times and changed the group leader from her and me. Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks.

(Also, not sure if this would have any effect but she isn't level 50 yet on any character. Thanks)

Incomplete group queuing is completely bugged ATM, or so my experience has been.

Group finder is not working properly at the moment and is breaking groups up, kicking you from dungeons after taking you in there and giving 'your group is not compatible' messages.

Level should not matter if you are queuing for normals but some dungeons only become available at certain levels, so this might be limiting what dungeons you are being queued into. Please only queue for one role, neither the dungeon finder or other players like you queuing for more than one role - it looks like you are just trying to get into dungeons faster.

I have not used random dungeon finder in ages but you might want to test just queuing for a specific dungeon to see if that makes a difference. My friend and I use it every day for 2 undaunted dailies and we nearly always still get 2 or 3 failed grouping attempts.

I see all platforms are getting a patch this week so hopefully there is a fix for dungeon finder in it.
