bank items missing, can't even open a ticket because login button is broken

Logged in today and noticed my bank is empty save ONE item. I haven't played regularly since last June (after the crafting bags update, so I am aware of all that) but I'm 99% sure I should at least some treasure maps in there and gear. I googled around a bit and saw that you're basically screwed in this situation as they can't/won't give you any of your missing items back unless you can list them, and I don't exactly spend time screenshotting my bank in MMOs as I didn't know it was something I needed to worry about.

I was at least going to open a ticket and ask if it's safe to use my bank or if my stuff is bugged, I don't know, and I couldn't even access the support page because the 'log in' button doesn't work lol. Just the 'sign up' button. Tried it on both Chrome and Edge and nothing.

This whole debacle is making it a bit hard to be excited about coming back to the game for Morrowind...
