If you mean Tanks, fairplay. Anything else? Show me the video. Show me 10 players—that's hyperbole obviously, show me three Max CP players who are consistently hitting a DK and the DK lives for longer than 10-15 seconds. Not kiting—you haven't described kiting—show me the DK sitting there and just tanking while doing damage and not running out of resources.

When we are talking about ZoS removing sustain CP..does that mean DKs will become useless in PvP or are there still ways we can make up for it? I just bought a full speed and stamina % horse on that character too

You know with certain heavy armor set ups being attacked continuously increases your sustain. So when 10 numb skulls who don't slot CC and don't understand the concept of LoS are chasing you it's actually more beneficial than people seem to think.

My medium armor stamblade can melt through a DK with heavy and 25k+ health, and no I'm not a ganker.

They should just add fatigue/diminishing return mechanic to every defensive mechanic in pvp. Shield spam? well, each shield spammed within x seconds from the last gets only 75% power and so on. Like to hold block forever? Each block within x seconds from last block costs more. Spam breath of life? It heals less than the last one. It would easily get rid of these unkillable troll DK builds and make Sorcs actually damageable..
