Super Speed Stealth PVP build

There is a video I saw showing a build created that can sprint in stealth as fast as a horse sprints. This was shown as an example of how to stack a bunch of sets that should not stack the sneak speed bonus with other skills.

I bumped into someone using this in the Imperial City. I thought it was a hack.

Just a heads up if you are ganked from an invisible player running as fast as a horse with rapids.

There used to be a build like this where the stealth buff from Night Silence set, stacked with the vampire stealth buff. I remember being able to move at stealth and catch people on horseback.

how is it abuse? if someone wants to make a fast stealth character they should be able to imho.
its all within the game mechanics and the only reason why morphs like concealed weapon and sets like jailbreaker exist.

Has a purpose (i.e. scout/distraction) and is balanced (not fast AND strong).

I don't see the problem.

I tried this once with a stam orc sorc in medium (divines (well fitted also great for enduring) might've been still farming the trait though) armor with the mundus that ups speed(it also also adds health recov). Jailbreaker's set and fiords set. I still have that character but use it for other things. It is fun to be lightning fast!
