Hi every one . I need help with fix this BUG , more than 1 month ago i have this error . Many time i try login every day and have sent many ticket to Zeni but no hope to me . I hope help some one have BUG like me , really miss this game now .

Ensure the following ports are open on your modem / router:
TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP Port 80

Hi i found problem at my ISP , i have try change another ISP got log in but my favourite ISP cant connect with server , now i had use VPN change IP to another country and got log in now . I'll try find another way add port at modem try connect with server . Maybe u need use VPN for quick connect .0 -

•Ensure the following ports are open on your modem / router:

◦TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
◦TCP Port 80
◦TCP Port 433
