Quests with skill points help

Does anyone know which quests reward with a skillpoint?
Im wanting to run through zones ive already done on my old character and now just want the points
rather than putting hours into hit or miss questing.

if u look under J, cadwells silver/gold, the quests related to those give skillpoints

Group dungeon stories.
Main zone story (found as above)
Guild stories.

Also it's not a quest but completing the group challenge in public dungeons will grant you a skillpoint.

If you are on PC, there is an addon called QuestMap which can add markers for Skill Point quests and Cadwells quests. This won't tell you pre-requisites though, just the actual quests that gives the reward.

Any of the main quest lines from each country/area give skillpoints. I was going through the Auridon main quest line today with my new character, and got three skill points today just from that quest line alone, and I'm not even done with it yet. You can start it by going to Vulkhel Guard and talking to a captain who is standing near one of the main paths, out toward the docks. She'll start you on a quest to check out some warehouses.

With main story related ones how many come from cold harbour?

Each alliance zone and Coldharboir has 9 1/3 skill points:
- 3 from main story quest line
- 1 from public dungeon group event
- 5 1/3 from the 16 skyshards in delves (6), public dumgeon (1) and overland (9)
Mages guild quest line gives 2 points at the end if you let Valaste go to the Shivering Isles
Main quest (Harborage) gives 11 skill points
Group dungeon quests give 1 skill point: there are 16 dungeons, one in each alliance zone and Coldharboir and 8 of those have a 2nd version & quest. A total of 24 skill points. Another 4 from DLC dungeon quests.
Craglorn has 18 skyshards for a total of 6 skill points
