The first bosses of those dungeons are impossible, there's the ugly snake looking lady that puts your team mates in cages and everyone just panics and there's the zombie that shreds your stamina leaving your entire team vulnerable so plz nerf that impossible first bosses

Tank, taunt the boss, chuck down caltrops to initially aggro the mobs. Ya actually need a shield tho
DPS: Get cho AoE game on to cull them adds them focus on boss.
Healz: Do what you do.
WGT
Tank: Taunt the boss, snag adds with inner fire. If healz is in cage, taunt boss over.
DPS: Do what you do, if Healz is in cage, run near them
Healz: look for teammates who suddenly disappear , plop a DoT heal on them while they unlock the door.

This indeed, there are quite a few players that don't have the slightest clue how to play this game. Unfortunately the problem is even made worse by the over world being too easy.

Some content is meant to be hard. These dungeons are hard for people who don't know what they are doing or how to build their character. If everyone knows what they are doing and they have a good character build it's not that difficult.

No, not all content should be built for everyone to be able to complete it without problem. In fact, the majority of the game is already built for everyone to complete it without knowing what they are doing. Learn what you are doing with your builds and strategy and come back to it later with people that also know what they are doing. This content has been out for a long time so you can google the mechanics.

But Orsinum world bosses took groups of people. You said you are only a lvl 35 DK tank. Just get to max level, get better gear and more skills and go back to it.Conan, what is good in life?
