Freezing internet or console??

Im wondering because since a few days my game would randomly freeze or lock up for a second it never did this before and its been doing this for couple days every once in a while i checked my isp site and apprently there is a small probleem with my service provider some people are reporting lag and stuff so im thinking its because of my internet? Like i said when my inet was fine this never happened but can eso lock uo if you have a bad ping spike? Like a complete 1 second freeze?
Im concered my ps4 pro is broken heh

This happened to me last week on PS4, turns out there was a minor fault with my service provider and now it is fixed - no more lag. I think it is likely your internet?

I called my isp there is a problen going on for few days with people having and reporting slow internet there working on it but can internet rly make eso freeze/lock up?

Yes the internet can definately make Eso freeze. The game is a constant conversation between your machine through your ISP and their server through whatever they've set up for access.

Edit: think of it in terms of a face to face conversation and in the middle of it...the other person stops talking and holds their hand up to signal to you....wait a sec....you're still there listening but no information so after a few seconds you see them walk off.

The game pausing is similar to that pause inconversation in order for the game to determine or for the server to determine the conversation was interrupted.

That's the laymans terms explanation. (Non technical explanation)

It's probably not your Internet it's the game itself not even the console this game is poorly ported and buggy as hell.

I got a new modem, router and upgraded my internet package to 100mbps DL and 25 up and still problems. My roommate recently bought a Xbox One S and he still has problems playing ESO while we can both play any other game on Xbox1 with little to no problems you name the game ESO is probably the most unstable game on xb1.
