What percentage of players data base have completed Veteran Maelstrom Arena?

I think theres a trophy thing on ps4 you can click on and it shows you how many have that trophy. I think its 2% have completed on ps4.

A significant portion of the player base is not interested in vMA. They enjoy the game but are not interested in pushing themselves to that level of play. Nothing wrong with how they play.

I have to disagree. I got a precise bow on my second run but yes the amount of usable weapons is extremely low. I still don't even have a dagger and I only have a defending axe. Makes me want to quit vMA for good.

Yeah. Not true. I got a sharpened Lightning, sharpened Inferno, sharpened 1-h axe, and a sharpened bow in the first 30 or so clears.

Only cleared twice so I've never gotten a sharpened but i got precise flame staff on my second clear. Hoping for sharpened 2h then i can stick to pvp

"That level of play"? LOL! vMA not about you knowledge of game, teamplay or even single play abilities. It's all about retrying again and again, wasting your life time on an totally unenjoyable and unrewarding part of the game. After you retried enough times you can master maelstorm arena, which won't make you into a good teamplayer, good healer or tank. It may only improve your DPS.

I got ALL stamina weapons sharpened (1h, 2h, bow) in roughly 50-60 runs.

Alas, my preferred chars are magicka, and the only sharpened staff I have seen is the restoration one...

It's important to note that, at least on Xbox, those percentages include the people who never really got into the game. If you look at the achievement for completing the tutorial only some 50-70% of players even got that far.

I was just thinking that if the stats only included the active players since the Orsinium DLC, the percentage would likely be higher.

on xbox one it says 0.23% of players have unlocked maelstrom arena conqueror (im pretty sure this includes flawless run it was awhile ago i got it)
0.73% have maelstrom arena champion (this does not include a vet completion)
their doesn't appear to be a achievement for just a completion of vet, so i cant help you their.

I'm pretty sure it's more than 5% on pc EU. Would be nice if @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could give us some further information on this

As mentioned, completion does not equal weapon access. A powered inferno staff is as good as trash. I hit 50 completions then stopped, with my only BIS weapon being a sharpened bow. With my luck I'm not interested in 50 more runs for a slight chance at another sharpened weapon I can use.

So if 0.3% of players have a completion, I'd guess that less than a third of those actually have decent weapons from there.

I'd be more curious to see how many players even bothered attempting to complete it a second time. Some people just finished it to get the achievement.

its no death for me until the spider round which is 6 or 7th i die atleast 5-10 times before advancing to next round

Then second toughest for me is the poison round which il wipe about 5-10 times also .

The rest is easy peezy
