I don't see how levels and casual/hardcore correlate. There's casuals that are capped out and there's sub-300 CP players that are Flawless Conquerors. I vote that you get good so you can carry these "casuals" through these casual dungeons (most of them are).

There is no reason for an increased level requirement for group finder for normal dungeons. If you're a high level, and not complete garbage you should be able to solo almost any normal dungeon. They're meant to be training runs for players, so they get better working in a group, learning the mechanics, and your time is improved compared to soloing it. If you were going for a speed run, either evaluate your group and decide to do that, or group before using activity finder.

Jus add imo a "champion point only" button when queing orrrrr for dlc dungeons a "cp160 minimum" button. Of course everyone in the grp queing would have to meet the requirements as well, no carries lol. Jus a check box to use in addition to the settings that r alrdy in place, use it if ur choose or not np jus que normally.

Please stop, I've responded to your threads before and offered help but please stop this mud tossing. CP and Level does not determine skill in anyway and if you really are so fricking good then why the *** are you even PUG'ing in the first place? Like I told you in another thread, JOIN A GUILD, BEFRIEND PEOPLE, THEN PLAY WITH THEM SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUG AND WE CAN ALL BE MUCH HAPPIER FOR IT.

    This feature already exists.
    1. Push Enter.
    2. Type /Gx (replace x with the number of your elite awesome super pwn PvE guild).
    3. Type "LFG Daily Pledges C600 70k DPS DD, personal-pocket-healer and 40k DPS tanks only"
    4. Get your dungeon run.

    The other option is

This, let you filter out dlc dungeons, and add an undaunted level requirement for veteran should solve a lot.
undaunted level should be based on max character on account so you don't have to grind normal on alts if main has cleared all dungeons hm.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I'm a 600CP casual with almost zero experience doing any of the dungeons. How would such a filter even be able to prevent me from joining your group?

Optional check box are you casual Yes / No?

No cp, level or even gear requirement is going to solve the incapable pugs issue as long as there isn't a learning curve of some sort. Best case it'd cut you off from some of the problem. Let's make vet dungeons cp 160, okay. We're going to get only cp 160+ inept players and everyone below that hurriedly grinding up there(which is really not hard, especially with all the xp buffs). Then what, make them 300+? 600+? And then when that STILL fails, maybe then we can finally talk about some learning curve?
If there is anyone left to learn at that point, that is.

Agreed. And illogical. And, frankly, stupid.

There are players with the maximum number of CP points who couldn't fight their way out of vet dungeon if their real life depended on it. This will do NOTHING to solve your problems and will only serves to reinforce someone's ego.

What it will do is give a bunch of kids just one more thing to complain about on the forum [snip]

    :) Good luck!

If you can't carry them then don't PUG. Cause if you can't then you are just as "casual" as them. Level and CP MEANS NOTHING!!!!!! OK? OK! Join guilds, play with guilds and stop this needless filth tossing and we can all stop bickering about PUG's. If you are so damn good and they are so bad then don't play with them and find a guild that is good enough for your super delicate taste.

It's pretty much all irrelevant. You can have a bad player with 600CP's and an amazing player with 10 CP's. It's all about the player, not the level.

This all comes down to the dungeon finder though. If you don't want to run with "casuals", "bads" <insert other condescending name here> then don't use it. Form groups manually, or join a guild that fits your play-style and problem solved.

I have never used the group finder, because I have no desire to end up in group where an elitist wants to kick everyone, just because the little number next their name doesn't match their high standards.

I do agree however, that vet content should have a CP requirement, but it needs to be something the game does, not the players and it needs to be universal.

I've met pelnty of high CP players that were total scrubs. On the other hand I've seen CP187 Stormproof and played with CP340 Flawless conqueror. As XP can be gained very fast currently by grinding, especially with back to back "special events" one very determined player can probably grind to CP600 within a month or less, without actually learning anything which is useful in end game content. Spamming 1-2 AoE against a zombie horde, endlessly hopping between dolmens or being carried into Skyreach means scrubs stay scrubs, despite their fast CP gain. Only I've noticed such pathological grinders become full of themselves, as the numbers grow. You will be drenched in a torrent of insults if you dare question "their build". It's the perfect example of Dunning Kruger effect in games.
