There is actually a legit answer for Account Transfers

You can't transfer no. You have to buy a new account and start over now.

Can't move from platform to platform but what about server to server , and I'm talking about moving everything before some says just start a new account over there

Server to Server (aka. cross-region) is also not possible, characters are locked to the region they're created on.

You can play on another server on the same platform with the same account but no information is transferred including Crown Store purchases.

It would be the same as starting over but with the only advantage of having the same user ID.

when you log in, you can switch servers if you want. you even have 8 more slots to make different toons! I transferred a long time ago. My account is still on PC. I could go play there whenever I want. I could also switch servers there and have another 8 slots for different toons!
