This is an ESO issue. Even this site is spinning and spinning, while others are fine.

I've been out all day and my sore knee is killing me (not due to an arrow, thanks for asking though) and I finally get to sit down and I can't have any cake! I've been good all day. I didn't complain about my knee and I want some cake! Come on Microsoft, get with the program. There are people out here needing a good sugar high.
