I'm a relatively new player and, upon Googling "ESO Personalities", have discovered loads that I've missed (not to mention that I "Ooohed and ahhhhed" about the Jester and have now missed the chance to buy it.
Do they come back to the Crown Store after a period of time?

Maybe it's a rate plan thing, but if you sold it, continue to sell it. If you gave it as a timed promotion, sell it.0
