Change vMA Staff enchants to be different for each elemental type ?

Keep the base enchantment as it is, but add in a bit of extra flair to keep it interesting, and also allow new builds to pop up:

vMA Fire Staff: Same enchantment but also: Heavy attacks deal 50% damage to targets within 3m of the original target.

vMA Lightning Staff: Same enchantment but also: Heavy Attacks can now chain to two additional targets.

vMA Frost Staff: Same enchantment but also: Heavy Attacks now create a 3m wide icy zone that slows enemies by 60%

True, but think about it, as it stands currently the Lightning Staff gains an increased benefit from the enchantment as is. ticking thrice and applying the enchantment three times, up to a potential two targets and overall a potential 9 ticks of the vMA enchant itself.. All the other staves heavies are just an additional ~1300 damage on attacks, as it isn't applied to the base heavy damage (and thus doesn't get the heavy multiplier).

While it is true that this supposed change would allow the Lightning staff heavy to apply the vMA enchant bonus up to a maximum of 15 times, it would only ever be able to proc that many times.

The Fire and Frost effects would be able to hit ... still a smaller amount of targets, and still be weak-sauce in comparison..

    I need to rethink this.
