I don't think they will charge more than the cavern.

I think they they tried to charge more or less there would be rage either way, smarter to play it safe and do the same cost.

It should be at least the same cost as the cave. It's nothing to do wth love for us as the cave seemed to have sold well.

There are other homes much cheaper and still spaceous.

Out of curiosity, I would love to see the figures. It seems incredible to me that a $100 virtual property (which serves little function) sold well enough to merit continuing this strategy. Someone ought to do a poll on how many people bought the cavern. Not that there's really any chance of prices being reduced anyway (well, not any time soon).

So no Crown sale, and make the island a limited time sale. That just saved me a lot of crowns, as I may have bought it with discounted crowns.

The problem with whaling in the 19th century was that the industry got too greedy and by the mid 1900's there were so few whales left. You cant keep gouging large amounts from your resource pool indefinitely!
