Jester Event and Along with it Constant Load Screens

The load screen problem with this game is plain old. ZOS get off your arse and fix the load screen problems. There is no reason to have a constant load screen when traveling from one wayshrine to another and it is frequent with the Jester Event. Oh and your Jester Event is really in keeping with the Elder Scrolls Lore. Yep a bunch of Clowns running around with stupid hats. Oh and lets not forget the stupid costume either.
