I had fun with the Jester's Festival.

This was my first festival, so I had no idea what to expect. When I took the quest, I was excited to see the quest read "Speak to Jester Ayrenn". To see the queen in a jester's outfit? Oh, I have to see this!
I mount and rush out to the festival tent. I walk up to the marker, and I begin to speak. To my surprise, it's not Ayrenn, but a female orc! I busted out laughing.
Did all the quests in all the areas, picking up some rosewood trinkets (gave one to my guild), some fireworks, banners, and a couple of recipes (I can't craft yet).
All said and done, I'm now wearing a ridiculous crown I absolutely love wearing.
To all the folks at ZoS who put this festival together, thank you! I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next one.

✭✭✭✭✭agreed - thank you ZOS. I remember when the game first launched, we had no halloween, no christmas, no valetines events, it took about 2 years for these things to appear in the game. I never stopped supporting them and what people dont understand is that ZOS didnt have to do this just because every other mmo out there has holiday events. They had already established at launch there werent any holiday events, but ZOS decided to include these events eventually which are rooted in lore (which is more than a lot of other games can say) for us. tip my hat to ya, ZOSRickterESO

✭It's mostly fun, I'm not a huge 'event' fan but it's nicely done .. it's sad people complain when events don't provide BiS gear and other e-peen-value items that seems to be their only motivation to do anything, as many posts currently attest.2
