✭✭You need the link to the actual image file. Try uploading to imgur instead of photobucket -

Right click the image(make sure it's not just a thumbnail or it will be the size of that thumbnail), and click "copy image address". Then paste that into into the image button above where we type the post. Or just paste it in between your own img tags[img] [/img]
Usually when people have issues, they are trying to post the a web page in an image tag... for instance trying to post[img]http://media.photobucket.com/user/Makeyoumine123/media/11-07-2016/v21478546148666_share.png.html?filters[recentUploads]=recentUploads&filters[media_type]=image&sort=1&o=10[/img]

Yeah I use photo bucket too! The 4th copy link(IMG). Paste the whole thing.
You can also take the second link of that paste. And paste that into the above picture icon when you are composing. See:
