Distracting texture seams on Thieves Guild Leathers costume

Posting this here because I'm not sure it can be considered a bug with the game.
I had to switch from my beloved 2560x1600 monitor to a 1920x1080 monitor, a while back, and, since then, my Thieves Guild Leathers costume has had these silvery seams all over it (see screenshot) that only disappear if I zoom my camera wayyy in. Tried downsampling from some very high resolutions and that didn't make the problem go away. I thought it might be tied to my aspect ratio for some reason but 1680x1050 (16:10 like 2560x1600) gives me the same result.
I've cleared my dyes. No change.
I've turned off all globally forced settings (normally force 16x aniso everywhere) in my nVidia control panel. No change.
I've run a repair. No change.
This is my favorite costume and it's the only thing in the game that I have this issue with. If anyone has thoughts on it, let's hear 'em!
