Weird question about two healing sets

So, after getting ebon on my dk tank I realized that it gives some really cool red orbs that represent the group health bonus, and I have been seeing people with green orbs and blue orbs as well.

The two sets that give those are Sanctuary and Worm Raiment, and I was wondering if anyone knew whether you get the orbs from both 5 piece sets (just the visual, I know the effects dont override each other) when equipping them both. Just curious because I think it'd look cool lol

You can combine sets with orbs, which btw you forgot that Hircine gives green orbs too. If you put them on one by one they will show the orbs separate and you will be surrounded by 6 of them, but when you rezone or relog they will move together as only 3 orbs but they will blink and constantly change between the colors. Worm and Ebon looks really nice together.

Yes You'll get 6 orbs flying around You if You wear 2 of those sets. There is also 1 more set that gives You green orbs it's called Hircine's Veneer .

I remember being so happy when I combined two orb sets and had 6 orbs flying around me. Then I re-zoned and felt disappointed that the orbs synced up and changed color. Too much re-equipping for my taste to have the awesome 6-orb effect.

However, now I'm tempted to try my hand at an ice staff (2H) and sword and shield (dual hands) tanking build because the constant bar swaps means one set could un-equip then re-equip to make the orbs varied again.
