Decided to come back after buying the imperial edition when it came back and cannot login

It says my account doesn't exist? I blew a lot of money buying the game from the beginning! Husband cannot login either.

Not sure. Don't think anyone on forums can help you with this. Moderators will tell you send in a help ticket. Have you done this?

Yep. Playing the waiting game. It doesn't even think my login nor email exist so I can't even change my username or password, which would have been the same that I used for the forums.

If you're struggling to log into the support system you may be able to use this page and select one of the 'forgot' options:

I realise you haven't forgotten but this page bypasses the usual userid/password method to help you get them back.

It says it cannot find an account matching those details. I only use certain email addresses for gaming.

It's ok! Just frustrating. Hubby is having the same problem. Can't recover his account either. Dropped a lot of money to get that stupid white horse to come up emptyhanded.
