Mechanics - Crushing Wall Enchantment - Potential vMA Destro Staff Fix

The vMA Destro staff enchantment would now give less damage bonus to light and heavy attacks, but is now an owner-less debuff on the enemy, so that all light attacks and heavy attacks deal increased damage from all sources.
This may help with the Crushing Wall Debuff not stacking for players.

The debuff would last for 1 second, and is refreshed by additional damage ticks from elemental walls empowered by the Crushing Wall enchantment.
