The place is beautiful and so nice looking and give us who go through the horrid grind on something to also look forward to besides Meteor lol

    Yes!!! I'd love a house on Eyevea, or an island near it at the very least if phasing is a problem for guests who haven't done the Mages Guild quests.

    I want one in Coldharbor, and one in Wayrest that doesn't cost 45 trillion gold (so ... a small or medium home).
    I find it really annoying getting around Eyevea, so I never go there any more. Still, I can see why someone would want a house there. If they put one there, they need to put it super close to a wayshrine, so you don't have to travel for four years to get out of there again, after you visit your house.

    Yeah, I'd assume you'd have to finish the Mages Guild quest to be able to purchase it. I think the issue would be guests who haven't finished the quests, since Eyevea isn't available until you're done them all. Maybe they just can't leave/enter through the front door or get ported back to where they were prior to porting?
