Error 109 & web assistant

error 109 came up & can't log-in. ran game consultant but web assistant is not working so I can't contact you to give report.

That should be error 102, not 109.

After update, I have no error #, but the load never goes beyond the Player's load. It just sits on the start screen to the AREA (holds with Grathwood entry screen with the 'Tail-bitter' spinning).
Eventually, it does ERROR (Error 308 (6:3:1470:2)

Before sending the initial message, I'd done 2 Repairs, which helped NOT. After sending the above, I ran Repair a 3rd time. I can now load 'normally'.

You can now ignore my problem, which seems to have gone away.
