1- Housing.

What is the point of it ? besides collecting furnishings ? Do they have some utility and can we come and go as we please ? I like crafting but i don't see the point of doing it, if there's no utility.

2- Build diversity

It is just me or there isnt much build diversity ? 90% of the builds that i find use dual wielding, staffs. Why is so hard to find 2H builds ? I remember reading somewhere, that Dual provides the most damage, is it true ?

3- What is the best way for a new player to make gold ? Stealing and selling is good ?

4- Is there any site, where they leak news and items ? Like WoW with MMO champion

The point of housing is to have somewhere to keep your booze so all the elves cannot steal it. Also somewhere to keep all your fish until they are sufficiently pungent and delicious yes.

Everything it has value. Every rock, every flower. Collect everything. Sell anything. Also yes a life of minor crime it can be quite profitable when you are sufficiently skilled. Just know that everything in the basement of the castle in Wrothgar it already belongs to this one.

Right now this is mostly a trophy show off area with some use such as crafting tables. There is no real point to it other than enjoying building up and decorating your own home.

If that's not something that interests you then there isn't much reason to partake and you can make gold selling materials/schematics or furnishings you find.

Any build is somewhat viable if you know what you're doing. Most of the builds you will see pushed online are the peak meta for most DPS. If you're not racing for leaderboards or min/max DPS in PvE you can ignore them.

If you're doing PvP plenty of people play 2H sword but not all the big name streamers and theory crafters do which is why those builds are promoted over others.

Join a trade guild and sell of unwanted (unrefined) material stacks until you can level crafting to get the skill which lets you refine stacks and get gold tempers, then refine them and sell tempers.
The best way to make gold is selling to other players, you will need a trade guild to do this effectively, look about there are plenty out there which are relaxed and have no membership fees.

1. Store all my achievements, build my dream home layout, invite guild member to visit and visit theirs, social experience. you can port there for free as free wayshrine. You can ignore housing, but you'll be missing a part of the fun.
2. Dual wield is easy to play and build. 1h with bow is another awesome dps but requires bar swap constantly to get good.
3. Farm mats or motifs, sell in guild, makes huge gold fast. Once crafting skills up, craft and sell, do master writs or sell.
4. No idea.

I'll call out the specific utility items for housing. Currently as others mentioned it's mostly cosmetic, you cannot store items in housing. The utility items available are crafting stations, dye stations, and DPS dummies.

You can also get attunable crafting stations that essentially let you copy a set crafting station in the world and put it in your home so you can craft that set from your house.

1 - The point of housing: Well, only one I can think of.. it is for those in the cool kids' club to show off all their achievements and trophies.
2 - Yes, there are diversity (many.) It just you're probably still new to the game. You can check out on youtube clips or other ESO related sites like ESO Foundry where it shows all the different builds, to include the many 2Hs.
3 - Pick up all loots, drops and sell all you can to merchants and repeat, loot all chest (or thieves' troves, if you are able) that you can or join a guild and sell via the guild traders.
4 - Sorry, not sure here, never played WoW. Not sure if you're referring to being able to acquire ESO items from an outside site (cough, cough) or an underground or black market or what. Any items, i.e. weapons, jewelries or armors you need, you get in all in-game.

It's even a big shame when that window is big enough for an angry Colovian to fit through.

It's then an even bigger shame when the angry Colovian in question begins to try to find a hole in the back of the head of the inhabitant of the mansion for the rock to fit through only for the Colovian to make a new hole instead.

It then becomes an even bigger shame when the Colovian sees a nice sword and pair of leather shoes and a fur coat and decides to remove it from said mansion.

Moral of the story. Don't take ginger beer off of a Colovian trying to drink his sorrows away after losing most of his province to invaders.

Mama found Rosie by the side of the road when this one she was just a kitten. We kept her thinking she might make a good bottle opener one day but she became my true litter sister and as true a khajiit as any orc could ever be.
