They can't fix Streak. They're too busy fixing stuff that "isn't in the game yet". It gets the priority for obvious reasons of...actually I'm not sure, but it does apparently.

That happens to Nightblade Merciless Resolve proc as well....they've been Zenimaxed!
Oh well that sounds balanced then. Now we just gotta break something like BoL and Idk, whip maybe, and gg Whole new layer of rng in combat - whose skill bugs first. -

BoL ani cancel bug is annoying doesn't do the animation and suddenly u spammed and ur magicka is gone.

Hey at least it actually heals. Streak takes magicka but na da AND then it roots you and makes you unable to use other skill lol.
