As announced at Capsaicin & Cream; AMD and Bethesda mentioned a new partnership which would benefit both parties and bring forward better performance and compatibility to all of Bethesdas' "library" of games. Is Eso part of that library? Since this game was designed from the ground up to be a console game as well, (pc subscribers where beta testers for the much larger market of consoles from my understanding), and given the close relationship with AMD and those consoles ;will their be tangible and exploitable benefits to be had by rolling with amd?
As for hardware and settings- what is everyone else getting as far as frames+resolution+settings go?
I'm running a 4790k
@4.8ghz 16gb 2133 ddr3 3gb msi r9 280 currently on a 1080p 60hz display and at high settings I'm getting around 30 fps in populated areas to high 50's on a regular basis (ie not looking at a wall which is obviously 100fps lolz)
If this is part of the library that is going to see some "compatibility upgrades", I'm looking into getting the RX Vega to hopefully improve those frames. I'm curious what the 980 ti, 1080, 1080 ti, cross fire and sli users are getting So I can perhaps gauge my expectations.
