Gaming mouse, How to completou remove abilities from keyboard?

So I have a g600. I set the side buttons to 1,2,3,4,5 and ultimate. However, the game doesn't recognize my buttons as additional keys, I need to assign 1,2,3,4,5 and ultimate to buttons on my mice software since the gane doesn't see my g1 and g2 keys the same way it sees m3 or mouse button 4 or 5 like in my old gygabyte m6900. So I still HV my abilities on my KB, on keys 1,2,3,4 and 5, and it would be great to HV these numeric keys free since they're so close to wasd. Any tips on how to do this?

Bind the mouse buttons to NumPad 1,2,3 etc. then set skills to num buttons.

Rebind 1,2,3 etc. to whatever you want.

Set this all up as a profile that loads when you launch the game so it's not a change for every other game.

I should note that I use Corsair products and their software may work differently from Logitech, but in theory this should work.

Just choose a selection of keys which are out of the way (like numpad) and move anything you need there then set you mouse to have those keys. As far as I know most gaming software lets you set it so a profile will only load/be active whilst a specific .exe is selected.

For example I can have the Corsair software run one set up on my mouse whilst ESO is selected, but if I click my second screen to change a video on YouTube it will switch back to the normal profile until ESO is the active window again.

This is what I do and it works extremely well . . .

I just use my xbox gampad, which is already set up unless you wish to customize it.
Of course I am one of those people who has problems gaming with mouse/keyboard and always had problems with gaming with mouse/keyboard, no matter how fancy the mouse is. My coordination has never adapted to mouse/keyboard but I have no problems with gamepads.

Reading over this it seems a little run on but, Mikes Harder Strawberry Lemonade and not being able to play ESO FTW!!!
