When is the trader refresh time now?

I know it was supposed to be 8pm EST, but last week and this week (I haven't receive notification of any kind about the bidding result (mail, guild window, or at trader)) the time seems to be differ. this is PC NA, anyone have the same problem now?

    Standard time doesn't change.


    If you are in an area that notices daylight savings, YOUR time changed. Server time stayed the same. So it appears to have moved forward an hour, even though it hasn't.

    If you are in an area that doesn't notice daylight savings, it is the same time for you.
