Pirate Skeleton + Costume

The reason behind this is, when you do not wear a costume and you transform into a skeleton your Skills will get “locked” for one second and you can not perform any action.

I've tried normal costumes and Polymorphs and still get locked out, is there a certain costume I need to use or what ?

Costumes, as in stuff you get from the Crown Store, or stuff that's stored in the Collectibles Tab, won't work to stop the Pirate Skeleton bug. What you want are disguises, which are things stored in your character's inventory that you get from quests.

I like to think of the transform lockout as a sample of what Templars felt like with toppling charge for the first 2 years of the game.
Cyrodiil (the PvP map) is open-world and supports up to 2000 players in it at the same time. ESO’s client is designed to be able to handle (on the recommended spec) 200 players on screen at the same time.

I reason to dawn the epic servants disguise again
