[Bug] Housing items.

Assistants aren't usuable all the time. They are sitting in the crafted loft I made in overlook barn. They are green upon placement. In order for others to use them I have to select them from the editor, then cancel and they are usable.
Certain hideous paintings in the daggerfall overlook furnished buying option can't be selected or moved.
Aleid throne locks you in the seat permanently if you interact with it. You have to travel to get out.

TARAFRAKA✭✭✭✭✭Tip for the throne issue, when you get stuck, look directly down. Then, move your view slightly until you see no text popup saying USE, then jump and you'll get yourself out of the throne.
