...so if you are using it, just stahp. Buff launches at 33% of magicka, yes. Magicka regen in stats sheet goes up yes. But actual regeneration remains unchanged. Check it for your self.

catalyst10e✭✭✭✭Currently running 5 lich, Im on ps4 NA server, all "tests" I've run have it working fine. By "tests" I mean it was mostly us initiating a duel and testing regen rates on different sets against certain poisons. But also, I'm still trying to solo farm out a lich staff (I love the way it looks) and went from using roughly 2 or 3 magicka pots per run, to 0 used when running full 5 lich."Why settle for just stabbing your foes when you can roast them alive in a gout of arcane fire?"

✭✭I believe it adds value to your tooltip so you can tell when it's procced. But from personal experience I believe it has its own separate regen timer. If you regen at 2,4,6,8,10,12 and Lich proccs at 1,3,5,7 it would be harder to track. Any PC guys that have Addons can elaborate???0 -
