CP removal of regen?

Hello I was on youtube and some of the comments were discussing that Zos is going to take out regen entirely from the CP tree in the next update (Morrowind?). Maybe this was due to the recent tests they ran on removing CP from pvp for a week? I am not sure. I would just like to know if this is true or not because I'm coming back to pvp on eso very soon and I pride myself on solid regen for my Nightblade! Gotta farm that bone pirate if this is true..or use drinks. Merci.
