that combo may also make the great for soloing group content where applicable.

IIRC the skill lists posted had some "scales off health" kind of references that i found interesting.
i was half expecting to see one skill line off each attribute - as a sign of things to come.

Since damage scales with max magic or max stamina something in the middle does half the damage.
Changing it would require bringing back soft caps.

check out "Impaling Shards" skill...deals frost damage but damage done is based on Max Health

That's not hybid then is it, that's Health build.
Hybrid is use of Magicka and Stamina which because of the design route the game went is worthless.
