Hello,
Just wondering if anyone else has seen any odd things when they glitch through the ground or if ZOS even checks for these things? I was recently in a keep siege at Fort Ash (in Trueflame) and when I chased another player around the back of the keep in the courtyard area (under that double sided staircase that leads onto the wall), I crit rushed the guy and went through the floor. After that my character went into an endless fall, when I all of a sudden, I fell past this giant "explosion ball" that just kept blowing up! I've never even seen an ability that does such a thing... the only thing I can compare it to is when someone places a negate or siege shield on a keep wall and you can see the whole "bubble" it creates rather than just the "dome" it usually shows on the ground except this one was bright orange and quite a bit larger than those. Another time when I was in a delve in Cyrodiil I again, crit rushed at an NPC and went through the ceiling this time because you seem to go straight out and then down to the opponent instead of just going down the slope. Anyways, this time I found what looked like a painter's test pad with about 8 different ground skins all lined up next to each other. Also wondering if enough of these random things are out there, could they be contributing to some of ESO's lag? I mean, if destro ultimate animations cause some lag, then the this giant "explosion" thing that never stops has to be as well, right? I've noticed that lag seems to be a little bit worse near Ash than say, Brindle.
So yeah...
Has anyone else seen this kind of stuff before? If so, what did you see and how/where did it happen?
and...
ZOS, you should seriously take a look around the "behind the scenes" stuff and get rid of anything unnecessary things lurking there. Please and thanks!
