What is "abilities" in this game?

Morag Tong 5 piece: When you deal direct damage, you cause the enemy to take 10% more damage from all Poison Damage abilities for 5 seconds.
Is this your skills only like venomous claw and poison injection, or is it everything that has poison in it?
Examples would be poison enchant in weapon, poison status effect, poisoned serpent set and weapon poisons.
Btw, the nerf from 15% to 10% was not needed. If you put take all poisons in the game in a rotation, you will end up with something like 15k of your dps from poisons, which is 1,5k dps. That is not good for a 5 piece set, all though there is worse sets out there
