I pre-order The Division from them and they held back an item key and tried to get me to buy it from them for $10 more and their support is a bunch of a-holes. ✭✭✭✭✭I ordered many game keys via those websites you call shady. Some of them are, that's true. But there are some trustworthy and good websites as well. I bought an ESO PC key for a friend around Christmas for 7 Euro and we had zero issues with it.
